Clear Water

Clear Water - Amy Lane When you are made to feel unloved, not worthy, stupid, and lonely, it's hard to believe that anyone could love you.. for you. When you feel this way, you have a tendency to try to earn your love, doing things for others without any regard to your own well-being or happiness. Sometimes, it takes just one person to believe in you, believe that you are worthy, in spite of your numerous quirks, and history of mistakes. This is the story of Patrick, the "nobody" and Whiskey, the man who was determined to help the "nobody" find his worth. The journey was heartwarming, funny, and sexy. The story (outside of the relationship between Patrick and Whiskey) was really rather interesting (think water polluting factories causing 2-headed, 6 legged frogs) & didn't distract from the romance.Overall, I smiled, I cried, & I laughed until my ribs hurt (the frogs.. trust me). Great read!
