What a disappointment. I love the Sookie Stackhouse series. I wanted to give this book a higher rating just because I love the series. But I can't. Nothing happens in this book. It is so boring that I was 3/4 of the way through the book wondering when something, anything would happen. I'm still going to continue to read the series, in hopes that the books get better but I was really frustrated. The only way I can describe this book is as an episode of True Blood kind of in the middle of the season. That is all the book is. It is a filler for later books.
